Welcome to the RPS Security Department. As a district, we are committed to the safety and security of our schools, students, staff and community as a whole. We believe safety and security is a layered approach consisting of community involvement, staff and student engagement, parental/guardian support, physical and technological barriers and support. We work collaboratively with our students, staff, parents/guardians and law enforcement partners establishing strong relationships to support a climate and culture of trust, support and provide an environment where all students can thrive and grow. We believe that this relationship building is a core principle for providing a safe and secure school environment.

Standard Response Protocol
